Some progress on the BAJA historic racer. Pre- A Porsche Steering wheel restored and horn button turned out of billet.


Zenith intake painted with cast aluminum from Eastwood.


Reduction box adapter blueprint.


Aircraft hardware for springplate adapter.


All new front suspension with aircraft fasteners, safety wired.

Yes, this was in a junk yard. The door is round and it is a Rolls Royce. You should see how cool the bifurcated side glass is. This is one of my favorite cars.


If the "Smart" car was actually smart, it would have looked a little bit like this!

There's something about the purity of the lines on this car . Sort of authentic "Sports car" look.
Wish it were not dark green and black two tone. All black with green interior would have been enough for me. Wish it were that early fifties metallic blue that some of the touring 166s came in.

Getting ready for BAJA 1000. This is a Dean Jefferies KYOTE. All new front suspension. Installed seats in it today. The best part was putting the body on by myself. Sure beats a steel car in that way.
